Our eight-week program combines theoretical understanding with practical application. Each session builds on previous skills while introducing new muscle groups and relaxation techniques.
- Weekly 90-minute sessions with certified instructors
- Home practice recordings for daily 15-minute sessions
- Small group settings (maximum 12 participants)
- Progress tracking through tension awareness journals
- Workplace adaptation techniques for busy professionals
- Follow-up support sessions available after program completion
Starting September 2025, we're offering evening sessions designed for working adults. Weekend intensive options begin in November 2025.
