You'll learn to identify subtle tension patterns in different muscle groups. Most people carry stress in their shoulders, jaw, or lower back without realizing it. We start by teaching you to notice these patterns throughout your day.

Using Edmund Jacobson's original technique, you'll practice tensing specific muscle groups for 5-7 seconds, then releasing completely. This contrast helps your nervous system understand what true relaxation feels like.

Regular practice develops your ability to scan your body and notice tension before it becomes problematic. Many participants report better sleep quality and reduced headaches within the first month.

Daily Integration

You'll learn shortened versions of the technique that work in office settings, during commutes, or whenever stress levels rise. These mini-sessions take just 2-3 minutes but provide significant relief.
